The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or full pre-payment of the reservation by bank transfer. 

Payments will be deducted of the customer's invoice at the end of the stay.  Your booking can be guaranteed with a valid credit card (including expiry date).

Your Booking can be guaranteed as follows:

To guarantee your booking you must supply credit card details. Please be aware that no charge will be raised against your credit card when we confirm your booking. We only require the details in order to maintain the booking in your name (according to our booking policy). The bill for your hotel stay must be paid directly at the hotel, in cash or by credit card.

A valid passport will be required from all guests at registration.

We will confirm changes within 24 hours and send you a new reservation. If there is no availability for dates or room type, we will suggest the best possible alternatives.

Your booking will be kept active until 6.00 p.m of the day of your arrival date. At that time your booking will be cancelled, if you don't inform us of your late arrival. In this case, the hotel will charge your credit card with one night stay and your booking will be automatically cancelled.

If you want to cancel your booking without any costs, you have to do it at least 72 hours or seven days (depending on low or high season dates) before the day of arrival at the hotel. If you fail to do so, the hotel will charge you 100 % of the room price for the first night of the stay.

If you wish to shorten your stay, the hotel must be informed outside of 72 hours or seven days prior to departure date (depending on low or high season dates). Otherwise, the hotel will charge you 100% of the room price for a night stay as a penalty. During certain high season dates, such as Easter, shortening of stays might not be possible. Guests will be informed when booking. 

You can cancel by telephone, e-mail or fax, providing your booking number.

How to book:

Bookings can me made either by calling our operator or sending the booking form. In any case the hotel will confirm you the booking and send you the reservation number by e-mail. 

Confirmation will include::

Personal details, arrival and departure dates, type and number of rooms, total payment, reservation number and cancellation policy. 

We advise to print this document and show it at the Reception Desk when checking in.
